  • We provide a detailed payslip for all employees, and if required can provide these on a secure employee portal, reducing postage and printing costs.
  • We provide a standard set of comprehensive reports breaking down the employees pay, copy payslips, and details of payments to make to HMRC and if applicable pension providers. Additional reports can be provided, and we would work with you to identify the requirements for these.
  • We produce P45 documents for leavers, as well as P60 documents which like payslips can be uploaded to a portal
  • We can send payments to the bank by BACS if this service is required, using our own BACS Bureaux
  • Our charges are clearly identified on our monthly invoices, and there are no hidden charges.
  • We can be appointed as an agent on HMRC to allow us to receive tax code and student loan changes for your employees, so you do not need to send these on to us.
  • We submit the Real Time Information (RTI) returns to HMRC for each period, primarily a Full Payment Submission (FPS) detailing the payments made to all employees on the payroll, and if applicable an Employer Payment Submission (EPS).
  • We can if required submit the breakdown of pension contributions to your relevant pension provider
  • We will work with you to identify the best time to transfer your payroll to us, and ensure the configuration is as required.
